Students only thrive when they feel supported, listened to and are aware of their strengths. I believe every student has a unique perspective that should be fostered and nurtured.

At the end of every semester, we do a working session called Agency, where I break the students into groups and they work together as a team. I coach and mentor them based on my experience in the field. I’m always impressed with what the students create.

I build my lessons with best practices from design thinking, public relations, digital marketing, and project management. I also encourage students to work with different types of software to learn how things connect and - ultimately - how everything comes together.
